Gluteoplasty

A lack of tone of the buttock muscles, a weight gain caused by a local fat deposit, or a loss of elasticity of the skin are the most frequent causes of hanging, heavy, unsightly buttocks.

The slackening of the skin is one of the symptoms of an ageing skin.

Gluteoplasty is an efficient answer to this aesthetic problem: tensioning suture restores the curve of the buttock, without any need for prostheses or complicated surgical interventions.

The suture is applied under local anaesthesia, which takes about one hour. It is inserted through small openings, leaving a 5 millimetre scar which becomes almost invisible after a few months. The elastic suture is inserted in the fibrous fatty tissue under the skin, in the periphery of the muscles. When it is tightened, the buttock muscles are lifted, giving the buttocks a beautiful curve and a firm profile.

Using an identical technique but finer suture, the eyebrows can be lifted, the cheekbones can be remodelled, the chin's profile can be altered, the base of the nose refined and the oval of the face tightened, with the effect of a micro lifting.

A number of cosmetic imperfections which until recently were difficult to treat, can now be simply, rapidly and safely resolved (if necessary, the suture can be removed).

The results are immediate, lasting (the suture is not resorbed) and effective.

Side effects (contusions, haematomas, pain) are not systematic and always transitory.
